What is war? Strategically? And what is the impact of it? Imagine yourself standing there … Who can you trust and who can’t? 75 years ago boys, your age, fought for our freedom. They didn’t know what to expect … Many have given their lives for your freedom now.

On Friday 30 and Saturday 31 August, two cinema rooms will be transformed into true Game Rooms in Pathé Anhem. During sessions of 2 hours, 2 groups of 20 will play the strategic war game Post Scriptum against each other.

We take care of the gaming laptops. The “Post Scriptum – The Bloody 7th” game is already installed on the gaming laptop. On the cinema screen you see an overview of what is currently happening in the playing field.

Prior to playing the game, you will receive a presentation from a war veteran who is today a Battle Field Guide, specializing in the Battle of Arnhem. Like no other, he can tell in a fun way how the Battle of Arnhem was organized strategically. This information will be very useful while playing THE GAME.

Post Scriptum is a historically accurate online simulation game set in the Arnhem of the Second World War. This game offers the opportunity to faithfully reproduce the Battle of Arnhem as part of Operation Market Garden. Cooperation, communication and teamwork are of great importance.

For holders of the Gelre Pas we make 5 tickets available per game session in order to be able to attend THE GAME as Gamecrowd. Do you have a Gelre Pass and do you want to be there? Send a message via the contact form contact form .

MILAN KNOL

Milan Knol is there! Milan Knol will be present during one of the GAME sessions. He plays along, makes a vlog and tells you about his vlog that he made last month about the liberation of the Province of Gelderland.

Milan Knol is the successful YouTuber behind the YouTube channel DailyHaaDee / DitisMilan with 1.3 million subscribers. Milan is, as one of the first known Dutch YouTubers, responsible for the YouTube invasion in the Netherlands. In addition to his YouTube channel and his (new) podcast, Milan is also a sidekick of the nightly radio program of Kaj van der Ree at 3FM, every Friday and Saturday night between 12:00 and 2:00.

POST SCRIPTUM

The French developers of the Post Scriptum game are present these days. They are Gameleaders in the Game Rooms, help during play and will be able to answer questions from you. Post Scriptum is a high quality game and is very truthful.
