Previously, Jesse Laport – who always appears on stage in a suit and tie – has performed for the Royal Family, at the Geen Daden Maar Woorden Festival, Zwarte Cross, Pukkelpop, in Paradiso, held a Tedtalk, and spoken much more. Laport is keynote speaker and presenter at People Say Things, and organizer and face of open stage Tapschrift. His work has appeared in several (anthologies), newspapers, magazines, on walls, and in halls. He gives workshops mainly to groups of young people, at art schools and elementary schools.
Jesse Laport’s work can be described as a musical, accessible, often humorous reflection that first makes you enjoy and then makes you think. Enjoyment is guaranteed.
