We do not live in war ourselves, but we witness war in other countries. We get people at our gates who, just like our own ancestors were once driven from home and hearth,
are looking for safety. If history teaches us anything, it is that tables can turn in the blink of an eye. What do we choose? That's the real question. Who do we want to be? The world we live in now calls for people with a merciful heart. People who are determined never to go to war again, and to offer a home to someone else. Which heart do you have?
