On Friday, September 18, at the foot of the iconic John Frost Bridge, history comes to life during Bridge to Liberation. In this impressive live performance, the impact of the Battle of Arnhem and the value of freedom take center stage.
The theme for 2026 is Fleeing. Through four personal stories of people who had to evacuate during the Battle of Arnhem, Bridge to Liberation takes the audience on a journey through a story of saying goodbye, starting over, resilience, and freedom.
With music, dance, film, and special visual effects, Kimberly Fransens, Ruben Hillen, Josua Peter, Introdans, Orkest Phion , and backing vocals bring these stories to life.
