Dionne Stax is a journalist, presenter and program maker. For years she presented the NOS Journaal. She now presents the ratings hit DNA Unknown and for Omroep Max Van Onschatbare Waarde. She makes the four-part NPO series Dionne Dichtbij, on the occasion of Queen Máxima's 50th birthday.
What an honor to have Dionne in our program this year. On Friday, September 15, 2023, during Bridge to Liberation, she will take you through meetings with various people who share their stories with us about the impact of war and living in freedom in the present.
JOURNALIST, PRESENTER & PROGRAM MAKER
Dionne Stax started out as an intern at the youth platform NOS Headlines, worked as an editor on Domestic news, started working as a reporter and presenter at NOSop3 and joined the presenter team of the NOS Journaal in 2013. There she was responsible for the morning and daily news. She then also presented the NOS Journaal at 6 o'clock, Nieuwsuur, the Late NOS Journaal and is a substitute at the NOS Journaal at 8 o'clock. In 2019, Dionne quit the NOS Journaal.
Since 2016, Dionne Stax has presented various theme programs, such as 'The Whole of the Netherlands Sleeps', 'First Aid for Accidents' and 'Operation Live'. She is also the face of the Omroep Max program 'Van Inschatbare Waarde'. In 2017 she made the documentary 'Lady Di & Dionne'. She made the series Lady Di & Dionne for NTR. She presented the Gouden Televizier-Ring gala twice
