Welmoed Sijtsma, born in 1990 in Hardegarijp, is a prominent Dutch presenter for broadcaster WNL. She presents the program “Good Morning Netherlands” and is one of the presenters of the talk show “Op1”, where she works with Jort Kelder.
In 2022 she presented the successful four-part series “Welmoed and the sexfakes”, in which she investigated the world of deep nude. The series received critical acclaim and was well received.
Welmoed grew up in Leeuwarden and obtained her master's degree in Journalism from the University of Groningen in 2014. In the same year, she started as an editor at the NOS youth news, where she also worked as a presenter from 2015 to 2018.
