The design

Yellow and blue, the color of sunflowers and the sky are also the colors of Ukraine; The colors of home. Flowers give her positive energy.

The flower shape of her hip piece refers to this. The sleeves of the shirt hold her head to offer her protection for all the fear she feels. The ribbon along her head refers to the ribbons from the Ukrainian traditional costume.
