Oksana flees from her city of KYV in Ukraine with the idea that she would be home again in a few days. She is a fashion designer and still has some dresses to finish for her customers. That's why she takes it on her flight.

The design

3 clothes hangers have been incorporated in her outfit. The print is made of folkloric embroidery that said often used in her designs and are for pride on her native country. The sleeve pieces are made of fabric made from fabric printed with ingredients from Ukrainian cuisine such as red beets and red cabbage and onions.

On the back you see another garment hanging that seems to be loose from her, this stands for letting go. After 3.5 years she has accepted that she has to build her life here and continue. The training pants is a reminder of the moment she made training suits for the people at the front with her husband.
